Payment methods
We accept cryptocurrency and bank cards. Both are secure — it’s just a matter of preference. Crypto payments come with an automatic 5% discount.
Cryptocurrency — USDT (TRC-20), Bitcoin, Ethereum +
5% off your order total when paying with any cryptocurrency — applied automatically at checkout.
After placing your order you’ll receive a wallet address, QR code and exact crypto amount. The rate is locked at the time of payment — the amount won’t change regardless of market movements.
USDT (TRC-20) — recommended: credited in 2–5 minutes, network fee under $1.
Bitcoin (BTC) — credited in 20–60 minutes.
Ethereum (ETH) — credited in 5–15 minutes.
Funds are credited automatically after the network confirms the transaction. You’ll receive an email notification and the order status will update to "Paid".
Bank card — Visa / Mastercard +
We accept cards from Ukrainian and international banks.
3-D Secure protection. Your bank sends a one-time SMS code to your phone when you pay. The transaction only goes through after you enter the code — even if someone has your card details, they can’t pay without it.
We never see or store your card details. Everything is handled by a PCI DSS-certified payment provider. We only receive notification that the payment was successful.
What happens after payment +
Right after a successful payment you’ll receive an order confirmation by email. If it doesn’t arrive within 15 minutes — check your Spam folder.
Your order status will change to "Paid" and it will move into processing. The shipping timeline is stated in the order confirmation.
Payment failed or stuck +
Card declined. Check your daily online payment limits and make sure your card is enabled for internet transactions. No funds are charged on a declined payment. Try a different card or payment method.
Crypto: transaction sent but order not updated. Wait the settlement time listed above. If the status hasn’t changed after 2 hours — contact us with the transaction hash and order number.
Money debited but order still shows "Awaiting payment". Message us at @longeva_bio_bot with your order number — we’ll resolve it within a few hours.
Payment security +
All payments are processed through certified providers. Card details are never shared with or stored by us.
Every order using crypto payment gets a unique wallet address — your transactions are completely independent of each other.
The payment page uses an encrypted HTTPS connection. Never enter your card details on third-party sites linked from emails.
