Storage and protection +
Data is stored on secure servers. Passwords are hashed (bcrypt). Payment data is not stored on our servers.
Your rights +
You can request a copy, correction, or deletion of your data by contacting support.
Session recording +
To see where people get stuck placing an order, we record what a small share of visitors do in the cart and at checkout: clicks, scrolling, cursor movement. No other page on the site is recorded. Anything you type into a form is masked before it is recorded, and payment widgets and embedded frames never end up in a recording. Recordings are kept for 14 days, then deleted automatically.
Recording runs only with your consent to analytics cookies. You can withdraw that consent in the cookie settings and recording stops right away. If your browser has Do Not Track or Global Privacy Control enabled, no recording happens at all.
