Bioregulators & AntioxidantsGlutathione (reduced, GSH)Glutathione (GSH) is the endogenous thiol tripeptide γ-L-glutamyl-L-cysteinylglycine, the cell's principal low-molecular-weight antioxidant and redox buffer. As an RUO reagent it is used to study redox homeostasis, xenobiotic detoxification, enzyme kinetics, and cellular models of oxidative stress.
