Mitochondrial & Longevity Peptides5-Amino-1MQ (NNMT inhibitor)5-Amino-1MQ (5-amino-1-methylquinolinium) is a membrane-permeable small-molecule inhibitor of nicotinamide N-methyltransferase (NNMT), an enzyme that consumes S-adenosylmethionine and nicotinamide. The compound is studied as a research tool for probing NAD+ metabolism, methylation flux and adipocyte biology in preclinical models. For research use only (RUO).
