Anti-agingFOXO4-DRI: a senolytic peptide that disrupts the FOXO4-p53 interactionFOXO4-DRI is a synthetic senolytic peptide on a D-retro-inverso scaffold that disrupts the FOXO4-p53 interaction and selectively triggers apoptosis in senescent cells. This monograph summarises its design, mechanism, preclinical research record (in vivo in mice and in vitro in human cells) and the maturity of the evidence base. The material is a scientific reference only (RUO); no established human dose exists.
