How to file a complaint +
  1. Write to us in the Telegram chat or to the bot @longeva_bio_bot.
  2. Describe the issue: what happened, when, and what was expected.
  3. Attach evidence: photos of the packaging, screenshots, order number.
  4. Indicate your preferred resolution: refund, replacement, or other.
Response times +

We respond to complaints within 1 business day. Complex cases may take up to 5 business days.

Serious complaints and safety +

For matters involving safety violations, abuse, or other serious issues, write directly to [email protected].

If the issue is not resolved +
  • Escalate the matter through the same support channel.
  • Contact the consumer protection authority in your country.
