Practical dosing and effect details
KLOW combines four peptides (BPC-157, TB-500, KPV, GHK-Cu) in one vial, each with its own described protocol when used alone. KPV by itself, for example, most often appears as a once-daily dose of 200 mcg, rising to 500 mcg in the main regimen. In the blend the components are given as a single injection, so the table on this page counts the total blend weight (about 2 mg at the start, 4 to 6 mg in the main regimen) rather than each peptide's individual dose.
That fits the general logic of combined vials: the intensive regimen (up to 8 mg total) likely means more frequent injections of the same mixture rather than doubling a single dose, since one formulation cannot titrate each component on its own. After reconstitution with bacteriostatic water the mixture is kept refrigerated, since prolonged storage at room temperature speeds the loss of activity of the components.
