Practical dosing and effect details

In Billon and colleagues' study (Journal of Pharmacology and Experimental Therapeutics, 2025/2026), SLU-PP-915 was given to mice orally, and its effect on running endurance turned out comparable to injectable SLU-PP-332 given intraperitoneally. The authors also showed the effect is stronger combined with exercise training rather than acting on its own. The data come from mice only.

That is exactly why the dosage on this page is expressed in oral milligrams per day (1-3 mg) rather than injection micrograms the way SLU-PP-332's page is: a different route means a different dose unit.

The upper range on this page (2-3 mg) is split into 2 doses for a reason: an oral dose less reliably holds a steady compound level for as long as a subcutaneous one does, so a single large dose is avoided here.
