GHRP-2, GHRP-6, ipamorelin and CJC-1295 often appear in the same list, but they should not be treated as four versions of one molecule. The first three belong to the family of growth hormone secretagogues linked to GHSR. CJC-1295 follows GHRH logic and stimulates a different receptor pathway.[1][4]

GHSR and the GHRH receptor are different receptors. They can affect growth hormone secretion through different signalling systems. Grouping all four compounds only by a downstream hormone marker is therefore inaccurate.[1]
GHRP-2 and GHRP-6 are hexapeptides with an early history in secretagogue research. Human work on GHRP-2 described changes not only in growth hormone but also in other hormonal markers, so conclusions cannot be moved from one GHRP to another.[2]
Ipamorelin is also a GHSR-linked secretagogue, with its own pharmacological study profile.[3] CJC-1295 with DAC, by contrast, was designed as a GHRH analogue with a Drug Affinity Complex. Research links that approach to covalent albumin binding and extended activity.[4][5]
How to read a comparison correctly
A comparison should begin with class and receptor, not with someone else's numerical regimen. Then check formulation, study type, observation period and whether the evidence comes from an animal model or people. No table turns a result for one compound into a prediction for another.
