CJC-1295 with DAC
CJC-1295 with DAC (GHRH analogue)
About
CJC-1295 with DAC is a synthetic growth-hormone-releasing-hormone (GHRH) analogue built on the GRF(1-29) fragment. Four amino-acid substitutions protect the molecule from DPP-4 cleavage, while the DAC (Drug Affinity Complex, a maleimide group) binds covalently to plasma albumin — the distinction from CJC-1295 without DAC, and what extends the half-life from minutes to days in research models.
Studied for raising baseline GH and IGF-1 while preserving the pulsatile character of secretion. It acts through the GHRH receptor — a pathway distinct from secretagogues such as GHRP-6.
Supplied as a lyophilized powder; every batch is assayed by HPLC.
For laboratory research use only. Not for human or veterinary use.
Dosing
A healthy-adult study examined single subcutaneous doses of 30–250 μg/kg and separate multiple-dose cohorts.
