The half-life of retatrutide is approximately 6 days by subcutaneous administration, from the phase 1b study (Lancet). Retatrutide is investigational — no approved FDA/EMA label exists, so the half-life is known from clinical publications rather than a regulatory document. See the Dosing section for detail.

Retatrutide is an investigational molecule that activates GIP, GLP-1 and glucagon receptors at the same time. It is supplied as a lyophilized powder for laboratory research (RUO). According to the phase 1b study, its half-life after subcutaneous administration is about 6 days.
The mechanism, structure and sources are described in the retatrutide monograph. Clinical studies are reviewed in the study results overview.
Find the LOT number on the vial label and match it with the report. Reports for each batch are kept in the COA archive. A report confirms analytics at the time of testing, not the medical status of the material.
Retatrutide activates three receptors, while most comparable compounds act on only one or two. For comparison, see semaglutide, tirzepatide and liraglutide.
Supplied form: lyophilized powder. Storage, dissolution and laboratory handling are described in the batch documentation.
