BPC-157 is a 15-amino-acid pentadecapeptide matching part of the sequence of a human gastric-juice protein, and one of the most widely cited peptides in tissue-repair research. Preclinical models study it for tendon, ligament and muscle healing, gastrointestinal mucosal cytoprotection, and angiogenesis via the VEGFR2 pathway.

A full breakdown of the molecule is in the BPC-157 monograph. Reconstitution and literature dose ranges are collected on the BPC-157 dilution guide. The peptide is also available combined with TB-500, see TB-500.
