TB-500
TB-500 (Thymosin β4 fragment / Thymosin Beta-4)
About
TB-500 is a synthetic peptide corresponding to the active fragment of thymosin β4 (Tβ4), which binds G-actin and takes part in cytoskeletal regulation. Tissue-regeneration research uses it as a key tool for modeling wound healing, angiogenesis and cell migration.
Every unit carries a lot number. Batches ship with a COA from an independent third-party lab, and we publish the reports in an open archive — check the COA.
What the molecule is studied for
- G-actin sequestration and cytoskeletal dynamics;
- preclinical wound-healing and regeneration models;
- angiogenesis and endothelial cell migration.
Full write-up lives in the TB-500 monograph. Reconstitution figures from general sources are collected in the reconstitution reference.
Also available combined with BPC-157 — BPC-157 + TB-500, and standalone BPC-157.
