The half-life of 5-Amino-1MQ in humans has not been determined — no human pharmacokinetic study exists. The only published study is in rats: a half-life of 3.8 ± 1.1 h intravenously and 6.9 ± 1.2 h orally. Extrapolating those figures to humans is not defensible. See the Dosing section for detail.
